Car shipping & Atlanta towing FAQ

You tell us the route, vehicle(s), and Open or Enclosed. We quote an Open price; Enclosed is always Open × 1.40 (+40%). Multi-car moves stay on one order with clear pricing per load. No surprise COD at the door.

Open is the standard, most affordable option — the same open trailers dealerships use, safe for everyday vehicles. Enclosed is a fully covered trailer that protects from weather and road debris — best for luxury, classic, exotic, or low-clearance cars, at +40%.

Most moves book within days of your first available date. Transit time depends on distance and season; we’ll give a realistic window when we quote and update you as the carrier is assigned and en route.

A card deposit secures the order after you sign. The deposit is non-refundable after dispatch. The balance is due 24 hours before delivery — never COD. Pay by Zelle or ACH to Truist, or we can charge the card on file.

Deposit: secure card via Stripe on your booking link. Balance: Zelle or ACH to Penn Point Connect LLC (Truist), or card on file. We never ask for cash on delivery.

We are a licensed broker. Carriers carry auto liability and cargo insurance (we require a current Certificate of Insurance). Pickup and delivery use a Bill of Lading (BOL) with photos and damage codes so any claim has a clear record.

At pickup and delivery the driver and you (or your authorized contact) walk the car, note any marks with standard codes, take photos, and sign the BOL. Each vehicle on a multi-car order gets its own BOL section.

Penn Point Connect LLC arranges transport — we are not the truck. Carriers must provide MC/DOT, W-9, COI with liability & cargo limits, a signed Broker-Carrier Agreement, and payment info, and they must be approved by us before any load.

Yes. Tell us if it doesn’t run — it may need a winch and can affect pricing. Note it on the form so the right equipment shows up.

Light personal items under the cargo limit are sometimes allowed at the driver’s discretion, but they are typically not covered by cargo insurance. Ask us before packing the cabin or trunk.

Tell us up front and give a meetup location (wide lot, nearby main road). That avoids a dry-run fee when the truck can’t reach the door.

Before dispatch you can usually cancel with little or no fee. After dispatch the deposit is non-refundable. See the Transport Order terms for full details.

Yes — choose how many vehicles (1–10+) on the quote form. Each car gets its own details card and BOL section under one Order ID.

Be reachable (or leave an authorized contact). Clear the car of valuables you need, have keys ready, walk the inspection with the driver, and keep your copy of the BOL. Balance must already be paid 24 hours before delivery.
