Book and deposit
Review the Transport Order, sign by link (no account), and pay a secure card deposit to hold the move.

Carrier assigned
We dispatch a vetted carrier with MC/DOT, insurance, and a signed broker-carrier agreement.

Pickup
You or your contact walk the inspection. The driver completes the BOL with photos and damage codes.

Delivery
Same BOL walk-through at delivery. Track status in Customer Login along the way.

Pay the balance
Balance is due 24 hours before delivery — never COD. Zelle, ACH, or the card on file.
